Blue Ribbon's Exploration Days
Our next Exploration Days have been scheduled for;
- Wednesday, August the 18th
- Saturday, August the 21st
- Wednesday, July the 25th
We schedule the day into 3 x 2 hour slots which enable prospective franchisees to explore the franchise concept in more detail in a one to one session with the Managing Director.
Availability is as follows:
- 10am - 12pm*

1pm - 3pm
- 3pm - 5pm
* On Saturday the 10am slot is the only one available.

New Blue Ribbon Website and Marketing campaign
We are about to launch our new website which will make access to information for Service Users, Franchisees and Blue Ribbon staff members a much easier prosepct. The site will include a new interactive map of the areas where we have offices, a new reporting system for Franchisees so that they can be assured of a first class response to any queries and a new care package enquiry form for potential Service Users which wil allow them to calculate the cost of a particular care package.
This will coincide with a more mature marketing campaign for both the Franchise side of things as well as new local care provision marketing materials for each Franchisee.
New Blue Ribbon paperless business system
We are currently in the first stages of our plan to create a virtually paperless operations system. The first stage has consisted of creating electronic and fully interactive versions of the old paper system. The next stage is to source appropriate hardwear and create a unique shell softwre program. We anticipate the whole system will go live in the Spring of 2011.
New Blue Ribbon Franchise Support Manager
We have recently recruited a new Franchise Support Manager. Steve Pickering has worked in the Industry for a number of years and has managed another Franchise organisation on a national level. We are very happy to have him on board and know that the quality of our service can only get better.
