Are firms right to cut back on hiring during the recession?
A recent Employment Outlook Survey based on responses from over 2000 employers found that hiring confidence had dropped a further 6% from December’s report and 12% from this time last year.

The Synergy Group is pleased to announce that from July 2009 we will be using industry leading recruitment database Bond Adapt.
The change in database to Bond will help us to keep in regular contact with our candidates and clients and keep a more accurate record of who is working where, who is looking for work, and which employers are looking to hire.
The move to Bond Adapt has come about due to necessity as our current database can no longer handle the amount of candidates and clients we currently have - figures just posted by Synergy for Quarter 1 of 2009 were very positive indeed! With Bond Adapt up and running we feel we can make more profit and provide a better service to all our candidates and clients.
With the onset of a new database being installed it is an important time for us to ensure that we have everyone's details entered correctly. If you have recently changed address, phone number, email address etc please reply to this email and we will update our records accordingly.
Alternatively, please contact your consultant who will be happy to update your record.
